| What is the Cancellation Policy? |
Event Weekends: You may cancel your reservations up to three weeks prior to your arrival date for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within three weeks of your arrival date are charged in full, unless we can find a replacement, in which case a $50 fee is charged and the balance refunded. In either case, you will receive a full refund for any additional nights (more than 2) that you paid for as long as the cancellation is received more than 24 hours prior to the day of check in. Non-event weekends: If you cancel prior to one week of the reserved date you receive a full refund less a $25 processing charge. If you cancel during the last week prior to your reservation you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing charge. |
| What are event weekends | Event weekends include all Penn State home football games, Penn State Graduation in Spring, Arts Festival. Memorial Day and Penn State Parents weekend. |
| What food is provided? | For guests staying one or two nights, the kitchen is stocked with breakfast foods including orange juice, 2% milk, eggs, English muffins or bagels, white bread, cereals, yogurt, butter, jam, coffee and tea. Enough food is provided for at least two days of breakfast. |
| What else is provided? | You will find the beds made with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. If you have extra people, linens for the futons are in the closets as well. The baths are stocked with towels and soap. There is an iron and ironing board, card table, and VCR. If you have the whole house or upstairs, a gas grill is provided at no charge. |
